SMobile Parental Controls is the first complete security suite to protect mobile devices and their pre-adult users from exploitation, sexting, loss or theft, malware, and online predators.


Dashboard

SMobile’s Parental Controls enables a parent to monitor their child’s mobile phone and mobile activities via a web-based dashboard:

  • Monitor all text messages, and email message* content
  • Receive alerts based on message content or sender
  • View phone call log information
  • View address book (Contacts) contents*
  • Run commands to lock, wipe, or backup data on the device
  • View all applications on the device*

By utilizing the innovative Parental Control Dashboard, parents can easily and effectively gain insight into their children’s mobile activities, as well as offering protection from the effects of device loss or theft.

Parents log-in to the SMobile Parental Control dashboard from any internet connection, using the same e-mail address and password used when registering the software on the child’s mobile phone.  Parents who have multiple children with mobile phones can add multiple devices to one dashboard account so that all children can be viewed from one easy to use interface. Each SMobile Parental Controls mobile device will require its
own software application in order to be monitored.


Text Message Monitoring

Parents now have the ability to view all e-mail messages, along with all (SMS) text messages and multi media (MMS) messages transmitted and received by the child’s mobile phone.

Key Word Alert:
SMobile “Alert” notification monitors keywords identified by the parents as words that could be potentially alarming. When one of the key words is contained within a text message or email, to or from the child, the parent is notified immediately via e-mail by SMobile Systems.

Additionally, the Parental Control dashboard contains a list of commonly used text messaging acronyms that parents can load into the key word alert field.  Today, teens are using acronyms and all sorts of “text lingo” when texting others.


From any computer on the Internet, parents are given complete insight into the mobile activities of their children.

Photo Monitoring

With SMobile Parental Controls, parents are able to view all pictures taken, received, and sent by the device at any time from the Parental Controls Dashboard.

Custom Alerts

With the SMobile Parental Controls custom “alerts” feature, parents can easily filter messages for those containing inappropriate content.  By logging into the Parental Controls dashboard, parents can setup unique identifiers, such as keywords or by the addressee.  Messages that meet the defined criteria can be automatically forwarded to the parent for immediate notification.

GPS Locate

Millions of mobile phones are lost or stolen each year. This has leads to expensive replacement costs for parents. With SMobile GPS Locate, parents can easily locate a lost or stolen mobile phone.

SMobile Parental Controls allows parents to issue locate commands and find a child’s phone.

Parents can now locate their child via the GPS locate tool. How often does your child go to a friend’s house to “hang-out” or to the school field or park to practice sports and forgets to mention it to you? The GPS Locate command would give the parent immediate peace of mind by displaying on Google Maps the exact location of their child.
